What we store
duonaut.com works without analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It stores only two pieces of information in your browser, both reflecting settings you choose yourself. For this reason we do not display a consent banner.
Language cookie
- Name: du-lang
- Value: “pl” or “en”
- Purpose: remembering your chosen language so that the site’s main address opens it on later visits
- When it is set: when you click the language switch
- Retention: 12 months or until deleted in your browser
Browser storage for the theme
- Name: du-theme (localStorage)
- Value: “light” or “dark”
- Purpose: remembering your chosen colour theme
- When it is set: when you click the theme switch
- Retention: until you clear site data in your browser
Legal basis
Both items relate only to site settings and cannot be used to identify you. Under EU ePrivacy rules and Poland’s Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024, storing them does not require consent, as it is strictly necessary for a feature you explicitly use. You can remove them in your browser settings (clear cookies and site data) — the site will then return to its default settings.
Site resources
Fonts, images and scripts are served from the duonaut.com domain. Browsing the site involves no connections to third-party servers.
The site contains a link to our LinkedIn profile. Once you go to that service, its own cookie rules apply.
Changes
Before introducing any tools that require consent to store information in your browser, we will update this page and ask for your consent. Questions about this page can be sent to info@duonaut.com.
